The air conditioning barely worked!!! Cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible dirt and stains throughout the room. A thorough cleaning is a must!!!

I greatly enjoyed staying in this fantastic and beautiful place. The restaurant was great for breakfast here, I had delicious dishes. The employees were good and kind and kept it all clean. The location was marvellous and the public parking was nearby. Had supper enjoying drinks at nearby Bar Estilo.

The night receptionist was really helpful, and very well natured
The day receptionist was rude and assumed as we were yound we were staying to get drunk, we were put in one of the only two rooms under the champagne lounge where the receptionist knew a private party was taking place until 2:30am. Loud music prevented us from sleeping, we were not warned prior about the noise issue we would be facing!.. Shocking customer serice!

nothing, rooms to small, never seen so much lime colour in one place, wine in the room you would not give to a mad person, it was a discrace,,, it took 30 mins to get through to reception and the room service, you had no salmon, its very poor, you had reception ringing my room at midnight while i was a sleep , i had travelled for 72 hours, just no thought into a lot of the things that should make my stay better, people knocking on my door at 2 am asking me my wife was in reception,im not even married
i came to see if i would move my staff from hyatt to stay with you and was very disapointed in it all, i will be takeing legal action to get my money back,as im not happy, but my solicitor will contact you unless you can arrange that

The room was really comfy and the views were amazing. Breakfast was spot on with high-quality food. And the bar staff seemed a bit uninterested.

Good location, very convenient. Great views from roof top restaurant.
Given a disabled room as a birthday treat ................ weird as I am not disabled and was expecting a different kind of surprise! Slow check in. Decor made it look cheap and cold. Bars closed just after midnight on a saturday night, told to go back to room and use room service charming!
